We have a variety of spaces available for hire
which can be equipped with a range of AV
and IT facilities to suit
your requirements. We are located in Brighton's North Laine, in
the heart of the city's cultural quarter, handy for the station
and bus links.
Digital Lounge
The Digital Lounge is a multi-purpose flexible
space of 76 sq metres which can accommodate up to 50 people. It
can be used for conferences, launches, presentations
and other events.
Conference Room
The Conference Room, at 45 sq metres, is an ideal
space for meetings and can
comfortably accommodate 16 to 25 people
depending on seating layout.
Training Studios
We also have two Training Studios which are separated
by a sliding partition wall.
They can be hired either separately
(24 sq metres each) or together (48 sq metres), and with or without
technical equipment.
Reception Area
We also have a large, beautiful Reception Area which can be used for lunches or post-conference drinks and is available
at no extra charge if you hire one of our other spaces.
We can also
provide a range of refreshments including alcoholic and non-alcoholic
beverages.
Catering
Tea, Coffee, Water & Biscuits (2 servings per person) £1.75 + VAT per person
Breakfast (Croissants and Pastries with Orange Juice) £3.50 + VAT per person
Buffet Lunch (platters of sandwiches, fruit and cake slices) £7.50 + VAT per person
We can also provide quotes for canape receptions and other catering on request.
Bar Hire
We have a fully licensed mobile bar that can be hired with service staff, for post conference drinks and receptions.
